At SOCIALBRAIN, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how shipping works for our online store.

• We currently ship only within Malaysia.
• All orders are shipped using POSLAJU.

1. Delivery Time

• Orders are typically delivered within 3–4 working days after they are processed.
• Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.
• During peak seasons or sales, delivery may take slightly longer.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
  

3. Shipping Fees

• West Malaysia : RM10
• East Malaysia : RM15
  

4. Tracking Your Parcel

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or message.
